We have a contract vacancy for somebody just like you, somebody that enjoys a busy, fast paced environment that is integral to the success of the client’s business. This 24/7 365 shift-based position is ideal for a 1st Line Support Engineer or Analyst who is looking for a challenge.
Being the single point of contact for customers with IT issues/queries.
Troubleshoot core system issues, logging and escalating to 2nd/3rd line when needed.
Log and manage the firms SMS in accordance with SLAs and OLAs.
Keeping customers up to date on outstanding tickets.
Picking up on trends from logged calls.
Previous 1st Line Service Desk experience.
Windows and Citrix support.
MS/BMS products (or a similar file/document management system).
Blackberry and Apple support.
I-Manage (document management system).
