Job Title: Genesys – Network Engineering and Test Specialist Job Type: Permanent Salary: Competitive up to £65K
This highly reputable telecommunications organisation is looking for an experienced Genesys expert to support their Network and Test team. This position can be based at multiple locations across the UK.
We are looking for the right skills to complement the team. Ideally you will also have previous experience utilising Genesys (mandatory) and related Contact Centre technologies such as voice recording, work force planning and quality assurance demonstrating a working knowledge of their architecture, technical components and how they support a customer’s business environment.
Within your position you will provide extensive experience of the delivery and integration of voice technology within modern cloud compute environments applying DevOps principles.
You will have a broad experience across all underlying technologies (including but not limited to Compute, OS, IP networking, firewall, session border controllers, cyber security, database, storage and web servers). Strong track record of resilient and real time systems engineering for critical services.
Demonstrable track record of managing complex, multi-vendor platforms and have experience of Genesys platforms.Experience of low level design and support within a business critical environment.
DevOps technology deployment and support, Problem solving, Stake Holder Management.
Strong technical skills in 2 or more of the following technologies:
Genesis in Window environment with SQL DBA skills,
Genesis SIP HA, Genesis eService,
Genesis platform SDK and Gplus,
Genesis platform management and AD integration, Web servers and load balancers)
