Role:                    DV Cleared – Portfolio Analyst

Location:           Aldermaston, Reading – Hybrid – Minimum 3 days in the office

Duration:              18 months

Salary:                 Market Rate (Inside IR35)

An exciting opportunity has opened up within the Public sector for a Portfolio Analyst with Power BI experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides complex analysis of governance, reporting outputs and programmatic data to track key activities, plans, budgets, issues, and risks across all the client’s portfolio
• Analyse the portfolio to maintain an integrated view of the key risks and issues across the Enterprise and recommends effective actions to mitigate risks and exploit opportunities.
• Highlight interdependencies and conflicts between business as usual and the portfolio and recommends courses of remedial action.
• Support the PMO Service Leads to communicate and build commitment to a shared vision and sense of purpose.
• Manage and engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Using programmatic data develop predictive analytics to optimise project performance.

Skills Required:

• Strong Stakeholder Management Levels at all Levels
• PowerBI – Development Experience
• SharePoint– Knowledge of SharePoint lists, how to put them together and how to manipulate them.
• MS Package – General Knowledge and use.
