The Project:
We have a long-term project for a Supply Chain Project Manager to work on a government project.
Responsibilities:
Develop the Cutover Plan for LSS2 transition.
Lead stabilisation and consolidation of LSS2 post transition
Engage with KBR to ensure compliance data is accurate and required reporting is maintained.
Manage key risks and develop contingencies (including manual intervention) where required.
Create compliance links with the client’s newly formed asset function.
Test newly developed PPM processes and liaise with KBR and the client’s Asset Management to drive amendments / improvements where required.
Drive resolution of overdue PPMs and remedials with MITIE in order to minimise any associated compliance risk.
End to end process improvements to significantly reduce the remedial lifecycle.
Working alongside the wider Supply Management Team, provide support in development and implementation of the client’s Estates’ Integrator and the Supply Chain performance management framework and category strategy.
Skills Required.
Significant experience in (day to day) supply chain performance and relationship management
Expertise in performance management best practice, driving innovations and changes within the industry.
Operational experience of working with hard facilities management and lift services contracts and with a range of suppliers
Ability to work on multiple complex projects across multiple locations, delivering projects to plans and developing reports.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, confident in communicating with internal and external stakeholders at different levels of seniority, engaging and collaborating to build effective networks in order to deliver goals and objectives.
Demonstrable experience and understanding of “Continuous Improvement Programme” implementation with Strategic Suppliers
Knowledge of Supplier and Customer Relationship Management tools and techniques and their application
Knowledge and implementation of risk management strategies and processes
Proven ability in articulating data and forecasts to stakeholders with commercial acumen
Certified membership of a recognised supply chain management professional body, e.g. ASCM, IOSCM, MCIPS is advantageous
Candidates must be willing to undergo BPSS clearance.
