Responsible for:
Understanding user needs and assisting in designing services that meet them.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to understand user behaviour and feedback.
Assisting with the analysis of research findings, data, critical thinking and concept generation.
Planning and assisting with workshops to drive actionable outcomes.
Supporting as-is service design, analysing pain points within services, identifying improvement opportunities and assisting in providing design solutions.
Using prototyping methods to communicate ideas and concepts with users to encourage collaboration and iterative design processes.
Contribute to building an open and collaborative culture.
Proactively focusing on continuous improvement of self and service, working with others to improve the user experience, simplify processes and improve efficiency of IT Services.
Skills:
1 – 2 years working as a Service Designer.
Possess an understanding of Agile Working
Possess an awareness of a digital perspective.
Possess an understanding of prototyping in code.
User focus
ITIL Foundation is desirable.
Candidates must hold SC Clearance or being willing to undergo clearance.
