You will work with product and sales teams to bring the best strategic thinking, delivered at pace and with a focus on impact.
Responsibilities include:
Developing and leading business improvement initiatives, engaging with project and business teams to understand their requirements, analysing, and measuring the effectiveness of existing business processes and developing sustainable and quantifiable business process improvements.
Delivers consultancy and conducts analysis for projects, identifying and implementing opportunities for simplification, efficiency, and enhancement to deliver business process improvements, customer satisfaction, cost reduction and revenue growth.
Applies business process management tools, techniques, and methodologies to evaluate existing processes and effectively deliver business process improvements.
Conducts testing of processes against agreed specifications, corporate standards, architecture, and methods, and makes recommendations for process / procedural improvement.
Coordinates the training of others in various business improvement models, following up with coaching as necessary ensure sustainment of new approach.
