Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for our social media platforms.
Strategy Development: Create and implement innovative social media strategies to increase our online presence and improve marketing and sales efforts.
Engagement: Engage with our community, responding to comments and direct inquiries in a timely manner.
Analytics: Monitor, analyse, and report on feedback and online reviews, ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of the AI industry.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure brand consistency and to leverage new opportunities.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Skills Required:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Familiarity with B2B and B2C advertising, SEO, and other digital marketing concepts.
Strong copywriting, design, and content creation skills.
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
Strong analytical and multitasking skills.
