Techbar Technician Contract

Role:                                   Techbar Technician

Location:                           Belfast

Length:                               9 months

Rate:                                   £24.18 per day (Inside IR35)

• Able to understand user requirements and guide them towards a fix
• Familiar with workplace technology including Windows 7 / 10, Office 365, MS Teams VPN’s, BYOD, OneNote.
• Background in supporting bespoke hardware & Software on customer sites.
• Familiar with working with SLA’s
• Proven background in logging incidents / requests as they come in (ServiceNow)
• Ability to deliver great customer experience in a very active environment and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction.
• Strong communication skills that let you converse freely and comfortably with small groups as with individual customers.
• Passionate about customer service and eager to share the passion with others.
• Willing to embrace our client’s service delivery approach.
• Approachable, a good listener and empathetic.
• Able to convey technical solutions to all levels of user.
• Adaptable to different scenarios
• Strong interest in technology and agility at learning new technologies.

Please note this role is 5 days onsite.

Possible potential to go permanent after the contract is completed.
