Role:                      Dell Powermax Implementation Specialist

Location:              Luxembourg

Duration:             6 months

Rate:                      Market Rates

The Role:

• Assisting Project Manager and Solutions Architect  when new products are purchased, to prepare environment and configure/test the new products.
• Performing Migrations, including tech refreshes for example Vmax to Powermax, VNX to Unity.
• Scripting for backup/snapshot tasks and reporting
• Day to day tasks includes customer’s incident management (opening and following SR’s when required), problem management, change management (config changes, disk provisioning)
• Documentation (infrastructure diagram, handbook)
• Performance monitoring, analysis, find solutions to enhance performance when required

• Languages: English or French. French would be advantageous.
