The Project:

Implement a Kubernetes cluster orchestration solution on different data centers (OnPrem & Cloud), we are looking for tailor-made support to successfully carry out this transformation of the information system and its stakeholders. The main objective is to support the client’s internal teams impacted by this project.

The objective:

• Assessment of internal skills for project implementation
• Evaluation of internal practices impacted following the project
• Identification of the necessary training plan following the skills assessment
• Identification of necessary external skills
• Communication and awareness of the project objective, using concrete feedback
• Implementation of the continuous improvement plan linked to the project and its impacts
• Implementation of sustainable performance measures following the project, as well as the definition of the monitoring method
• Recommendation on the complete architecture as envisaged at the end of the project, with emphasis on security aspects
• Recommendation on selected tooling, with emphasis on safety aspects
• Recommendation on the methodology used in the project
