Role:                    Salesforce CPQ Solutions Architect

Location:            Remote with travel to client sites as required.

Duration:            6 Months

Rate:                    Market Rates (Inside IR35)

We have an opening for a Salesforce CPQ Solutions Architect to join a growing consultancy that are a Salesforce Partner to work on an implementation of RCA.

The Role

• Analyse and review business, functional and technical requirements & issues, design solutions, plan and execute CPQ / RCA / RLM solutions and any further enhancements to the system.
• Participate in project team meetings, working closely with peers, architects, business analysts & project managers and across over technology team boundaries, reporting project status as required.
• Provide Tier 1, 2 and 3 support to the business users in case of priority 1 issues with the system.
• Implement, configure, and resolve any issues related to the CPQ System.
• Train and support users on RCA & CPQ functionality and best practises.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the environment.

Skills Required:

• Minimum of 3+ years of Sales cloud experience, particularly Salesforce CPQ, with hands-on experience in at least one large full lifecycle Salesforce CPQ Implementation.
• Knowledge of Salesforce RLM Cloud
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on CPQ functionality.
• Deep understanding of CPQ architecture, data models, and configuration options.
• Knowledge of CPQ best practices and industry standards.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Declarative, Programming and Administration (Flows, custom objects, reports, assignment rules, and more)
